Appointment Policies
Late Arrivals: A 15-minute grace period is provided. After 15 minutes, a $15 fee applies for each additional 15 minutes late.
As our schedule has become fuller and appointments are booked more closely together, arriving on time is especially important.
Cancellations: Canceled appointments forfeit the deposit. Same-day cancellations are subject to the full service price. Exceptions are at management’s discretion.
Refunds: Service payments are non-refundable. If you have a concern, please let us know and we will make every reasonable effort to make it right.
